RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on full-priced items returned in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact. 

Our ONLINE return policy is: Non-sale items need to be unworn with tag and shipped back to the store within a week for a refund.
 Sale Merchandise, Intimates and Jewelry are final.

Refund: Your refund will be processed immediately upon receipt of item and will show up in your bank account in 3-5 business days.

In-store purchases will accept returns within 10 business days. Sale Merchandise, Intimates and Jewelry are final.

 

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. In cases of FREE shipping promotions, we may need to collect return shipping costs. Case by case basis.
  • All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
  • We do not accept returns of swimwear and undergarments. 
  • All special orders, custom and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale. 
  • Online orders may be returned to any store location within the approved return window. 
  • Purchases made prior to sale markdowns are not eligible for a price adjustment.
  • Promotional discounts cannot be applied to a “Final Sale” purchase.
  • Promotional codes must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be retroactively applied.
  • CCC is unable to accommodate requests to price match other retailers or offer price adjustments once an order has been placed via our website.
