ORDER PROCESSING

Due to shipping restrictions from our Cherry Creek location, orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 2PM MST will be fulfilled and shipped the same day, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 2PM MST will be fulfilled the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2PM MST will be fulfilled the following Monday or subsequent business day. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Order fulfillment cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by item availability, payment verification and shipping carrier delays.

OUT OF STOCK ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed for "Out of Stock" items are subject to item availability. If you have a specific request for an item, please email us at hello@coveredcherrycreek.com. You will receive an email regarding item availability and estimated shipping timeline within three business days of placing your order. If your order contains items that are in stock as well as items that are out of stock you may receive your order in multiple shipments. If the "Out of Stock" item is not available or will not be available within a reasonable time frame, your payment will be promptly refunded.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. 

The customer may request signature required, Saturday delivery or any special shipping needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.

It is the customer's responsibility to select the appropriate shipping method for their needs. The customer accepts responsibility for any missing and/or lost packages. Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are unable to offer international shipping on the website at this time. But we can customize international shipping.

HEAVY OR OVERSIZED SHIPPING

Oversized items or any order 30 lbs or heavier will require oversized shipping. The shipment cost will be quoted on a per order basis. Our customer service team will be in touch by email about any additional shipping costs.

Faulty Goods

All merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment, if you find a product to be defective please notify hello@coveredcherrycreek.com immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. Please note that damages as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a refund if the faulty item cannot be repaired or replaced.
